Serveus Privacy Policy

Serveus AI, Inc.
Effective Date: July 20, 2026Last Updated: July 20, 2026

Serveus AI, Inc. ("Serveus," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you access or use the Serveus customer application, service-provider application, website, marketplace, provider profiles, messaging, scheduling, appointment, invoicing, payment, reporting, voice-assisted, artificial-intelligence, smart-glasses, camera, wearable-device, and related features (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not form a contract requiring Serveus to retain or process information beyond what is necessary to operate the Services or comply with applicable law.

1. WHO WE ARE

Serveus provides a technology platform that connects customers, property owners, property managers, service

providers, technicians, workers, and businesses.

Through the Services, users may find providers, create and share business profiles, communicate, request and

schedule work, send arrival notifications, document appointments, create estimates, offers, invoices and reports, process one-time or recurring payments, manage properties and customer records, and use voice, camera, wearable- device, and AI-assisted tools.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, service providers using Serveus are independent businesses and are not

employees, agents, joint venturers, or representatives of Serveus. Serveus is not the provider of the underlying home, property, repair, maintenance, or other services arranged through the platform.

2. SCOPE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that Serveus controls or processes through the Services.

It does not govern the independent privacy practices of service providers, customers, property managers, third-party websites, payment processors, device manufacturers, social-media platforms, or other persons that receive

information outside the Services.

Service providers may independently collect, use, retain, or disclose customer information in connection with their businesses and are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, consumer-protection, employment, licensing, recording-consent, and data-security laws.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, Serveus may act as a business, controller, service provider, or processor of personal information.

Serveus does not sell personal information for money.

As of the Effective Date, Serveus does not knowingly sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

Operational disclosures to processors, providers, customers, and vendors are not intended to constitute a sale. Certain analytics, advertising, referral, or cookie technologies may nevertheless be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under some state laws. If Serveus adopts such practices, it will update this Policy and provide legally required opt-out methods.

Serveus does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16.

7. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts,

complete transactions, preserve service and payment records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, satisfy legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and compliance duties, protect users, and maintain backups.

Retention varies by information type, account status, legal requirement, sensitivity, operational need, and risk. Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups, archives, fraud-prevention systems, or legally required records. Where we process information for a service provider, retention may also depend on that provider's instructions and legal obligations. We may retain deidentified or aggregated information for longer periods.

8. DATA SECURITY

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. Measures may include access controls, authentication, encryption where appropriate, secure hosting, monitoring, logging, backups, vendor controls,

permission management, testing, incident response, and confidentiality requirements.

No website, application, database, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting credentials, devices, email accounts, telephones, and authentication methods.

Report suspected compromise immediately to info@serveus.ai.

9. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES

Depending on available features and applicable law, users may access or update account information, edit profiles, manage notifications, disable device permissions, opt out of marketing, request account deletion, request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, appeal a denied request, and opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling.

Some requests are subject to exceptions. We may retain information needed to complete transactions, comply with law, prevent fraud, maintain security, exercise legal rights, or fulfill permitted purposes.

Deleting the app does not automatically delete the Serveus account or associated information.

10. U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS

Residents of certain U.S. states may have rights under applicable privacy laws, including rights to confirm processing, access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, opt out of sale or targeted advertising, opt out of certain profiling, limit certain sensitive-data uses, obtain disclosures, appeal decisions, and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination. Submit requests through: Privacy email: info@serveus.ai;

Mailing address: 8 The Green, Suite R, Dover, Kent County, DE 19901; Toll-free number, if required: 920.256.0900.

Requests should include the user's name, account email or telephone number, state of residence, and requested right. Serveus may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and authority.

Where allowed, an authorized agent may submit a request, subject to proof of authority and direct verification. Appeals may be submitted to info@serveus.ai with the subject 'Privacy Request Appeal.'

11. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY NOTICE

To the extent California law applies, categories collected in the preceding 12 months may include identifiers; customer- record information; commercial information; internet or network activity; geolocation; audio, electronic, or visual information; professional or employment information; inferences; and sensitive personal information such as precise geolocation, account credentials, payment information, and qualifying communication content.

Sources may include the user, other users, providers, property managers, workers, payment processors, devices,

vendors, public sources, partners, and automatic collection technologies.

These categories may be used and disclosed for the purposes described in this Policy and disclosed to customers, providers, business administrators, workers, payment providers, hosting and technical vendors, communications

vendors, mapping providers, AI vendors, security vendors, advisers, authorities, transaction participants, and parties acting at the user's direction.

Serveus does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those reasonably necessary to provide and protect the Services, process transactions, maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

Serveus does not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information unless described in separate terms and legally required notices.

12. FLORIDA PRIVACY RIGHTS

Florida residents may have rights under applicable Florida privacy law if the law applies to Serveus and the processing at issue. Rights may include confirmation, access, correction, deletion, portability, opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, and appeal of a denied request.

13. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Services are intended for adults and businesses and are not directed to children under 13. Serveus does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without legally valid parental consent.

Individuals under 18 may not create a provider business account or enter binding service or payment agreements

unless permitted by law and authorized by a parent or guardian.

A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information may contact info@serveus.ai. Providers

must not use Serveus to collect unnecessary personal information from children.

14. BIOMETRIC AND FACIAL INFORMATION

Serveus does not intentionally use photographs or videos to identify individuals through facial-recognition templates unless it provides a separate notice and obtains legally required consent.

Device-level biometric authentication, such as Face ID or fingerprint authentication, is generally controlled by the device manufacturer and operating system. Serveus ordinarily receives confirmation of authentication rather than the underlying biometric template.

Users must not upload biometric identifiers, facial templates, fingerprints, voiceprints, or similar measurements unless expressly authorized and legally permitted.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The Services may link to or integrate with payment processors, banks, mapping providers, social platforms, websites, wearable-device platforms, app stores, email providers, telecommunications carriers, authentication providers, and other third parties.

Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Serveus is not responsible for their privacy, security, content, availability, or conduct.

When a user shares a Serveus profile through social media, text, email, or another platform, that platform may collect information under its own privacy policy.

16. INTERNATIONAL USERS AND DATA TRANSFERS

Serveus is based in the United States and the Services are primarily intended for U.S. users unless expressly made available elsewhere.

Information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other countries where Serveus or its vendors operate. Those countries may provide different privacy protections.

Where legally required, Serveus will use appropriate transfer safeguards. The Services are not intended to establish targeting of residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other jurisdictions requiring localized compliance unless expressly stated.

17. DO NOT TRACK AND UNIVERSAL OPT-OUT SIGNALS

Some browsers offer 'Do Not Track' settings. Because no uniform industry standard applies to all Do Not Track signals, the Services may not respond to them.

Where required by applicable law and technically supported, Serveus will process recognized universal opt-out

preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of applicable sale, sharing, or targeted- advertising activity for the browser or device from which the signal is sent.

Because account-level association may not always be possible, users may also need to submit a request through the methods listed in this Policy.

18. ACCOUNT DELETION AND TERMINATION

Users may request deletion through available account settings or by contacting info@serveus.ai. Serveus may verify the request before acting.

Deleting an account may not delete information held independently by a provider, customer, payment processor,

communications carrier, device platform, or other third party.

Serveus may retain information when permitted or required for transactions, billing, taxes, fraud prevention, security, legal claims, dispute resolution, backups, and compliance.

Serveus may suspend or terminate accounts and preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary to enforce

agreements, investigate misconduct, protect users, or comply with law.

19. DATA BREACH AND INCIDENT RESPONSE

Serveus maintains procedures designed to identify, investigate, contain, remediate, and document security incidents. If a security incident involving personal information triggers a legal notification duty, Serveus will provide notice to affected individuals, regulators, or other parties as required by applicable law.

Users must promptly report suspected unauthorized access, fraud, or security incidents to info@serveus.ai.

20. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Serveus may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, vendors, features, or business practices. When changes are made, Serveus will update the 'Last Updated' date and provide any additional notice required by law. Material changes may be announced through the app, website, email, or other reasonable means.

Continued use after the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes acknowledgment of the revised disclosures, subject to any consent requirements imposed by law.
